Design and Site Work

One of our principle rolls is designing products to meet the requirements of our customers.

Our staff we visit sites and take detailed measurements for projects that customers have.  Then using this information,  design products meeting customers specifications and health & Safety legislation.

Once the customer has agreed the designs, manufacturing starts.   

Installation of products on sites are completed to our health and safety policy and method statements.

Capacity

FCF have a maximum capacity of 40 tonnes and materials upto 2.1/2 metres long and 12.7mm thick can be pressed.

 

Shearing

Capacity

FCF Hydraulic variable shear variable rack angle guillotine has a shearing capacity of up to 3.1 metres long and 16mm thick.

 

Plate Rolling

FCF have a maximum capacity to roll 1.2 metre long and 12mm thick materials.
